Eurotek Tuning Stage 1 Fuel upgrade for the Noble M12 / M400

The Noble M12 / M400 fuel system had various defects and flaws that were of a concern. They werent limited to but included the following concerns:

- The earlier models utilized a weak fuel line that was known to prematurely dryrot and fail potentially causing a fire in the engine compartment
- Fuel pressure regulator is Non-adjustable and Un-Dampened preventing fine tuning of fuel pressures
- Fuel pump is weak and limits tuning abilities for more power as well as premature failures
- Fuel pump wiring circuit is incorrectly sized and designed which results in melting of wires, electrical fires and shorting.
- Fuel filter is the only filter in the original fuel system and is placed BEFORE the pump which results in cavitation of the fuel pump untimately causing pump failure
- Fuel pump is mounted without any cooling assistance (no liquid cooling, no air cooling) and is blanketed with a rubber sleeve further holding in heat created by the pump which also results in pump failure

These issues leave the ownership experience of the Noble less then desireable when it leads to early fuel system failure. This created the desire for us to offer such a kit utilizing the BEST of parts currently available in the market. Weve tested all of these components on multiple scenarios including track usage. this is the PERFECT go to kit for your Noble M12 and M400. This fuel kit is rated at 300LPH for up to 685 BHP

Our kit includes the following parts:

Our kits were also meticulously designed to work specifically on the Noble platform and placed in order to reduce the original inherent risks from the original design and improve on the performance of the car. For this reason our kits provide a new larger ciruit to power the more power Bosch 040 pump, they provide actual heat exchanger cooling from the duct on the side of the car and relocate the pump which is designed to only PUSH fluid and not suck fluid through the fuel filter which also reduces excess pump noise commonly found on stock fuel systems of the Noble.

Fuel filter:
The Radium Engineering fuel filter is a perfect match when needing high flow and industry-leading filtration. Radium Engineering uses one of the largest filtration elements in the industry. This translates into a long service life and minimum flow loss, making this filter perfect for low and high-horsepower applications. The filter can be completely disassembled for servicing and replacement elements are available. The microglass element is more efficient but must be replaced at the end of it's service life. All fuel filters are constructed with a 3-piece body that is CNC machined from 6061 aluminum and Type-II anodized for maximum corrosion resistance. The end caps are sealed to the body with FKM O-rings. As shown below, the filter elements feature a stainless internal core to prevent collapsing at high flows. The fuel filters come preassembled These filters are compatible with all fuel types including gasoline, diesel, methanol, ethanol, and alcohol blends such as E85. High fuel pressures < 150psi can safely be used with negligible pressure drop.

Heat Exchangers:
With engine power levels globally increasing, pump heat is fast becoming an issue in fuel systems. This custom extrusion includes cooling fins that help dissipate heat. The conductive 6063 aluminum design directly clamps to the fuel filter body with 2 countersink stainless steel screws. For maximum efficiency, this unit must be mounted in a location where cool air can pass through the cooling fins, such as underneath the vehicle. Four M6x1mm stainless steel screws are included for mounting to the chassis. The unit is anodized black with a laser engraved design.

Fuel Pressure Regulator and Damper
The Fuel Pressure Regulator Damper-Rotating Assembly (FPRD-RA) is the ultimate solution for consolidating critical fuel system components into a high-flow package. It is a fully functional high performance pressure regulator with a unique built-in fuel pulse damper. This regulator features two M6x1mm threaded mounting holes. A laser cut anodized aluminum mounting plate is provided with 4 countersink M6x1mm bolts/nuts. The integrated 1:1 fuel pulse damper stabilizes fuel pressure created by the fuel pump, fuel injectors, regulator, etc. The base pressure requirement for maximum damping efficiency is 40-105psi (2.8-7.2bar). This range is base static pressure only. For dynamic fuel pressue outside this range, the vacuum/boost reference line will be required. RA-series regulators feature the first tool-less pressure adjustment. A jam nut and set screw are no longer required. With a simple turn of the knob, pressure will be increased or decreased. To aid in adjusting pressure, there are incremental detents that provide haptic feedback to the user. Every detent permits 1psi (+/-0.5psi) of adjustment depending on current fuel pressure. With years of track and bench testing data, the RA-series regulators have been refined to optimize pressure management. A newly designed single stainless steel return orifice generates laminar flow that enhances stability control.

*This is rhetorical. The maximum pressure is dependent on the relief valve inside the pump or the maximum current the fuel pump controller allows.

All RA-series regulators are suitable with all gasoline types including unleaded, leaded, oxygenated, and pre-mixes. Furthermore, they are compatible with alcohol blends of fuel including methanol, ethanol, and E85.

Fuel pump wiring kit:
This Do-It-Yourself wiring kit includes the necessary parts to construct a power wiring harness for one fuel pump. It uses the highest quality components to ensure proper operation in all conditions. The relay and fuse holder are sealed to allow installation in weather exposed areas if necessary. Aircraft grade TXL wiring is resistant to all chemicals and elevated temperatures. Raychem crimpless solder-based butt connectors make reliable wire connections easy and clean. Necessary ring terminals are included for connecting to an external Bosch 044 fuel pump as well.

Premium Nylon Race hose:
One of the only standard Rubber lined hose on the market that is E85, Ethanol, Methanol, gasoline, and race gas compatible. Made in the USA. the black synthetic rubber core is resistant to oil, fuels, coolants, and alcohols.
