Integrated Engineering AAA 12V VR6 Stage 1 Cylinder Head
A built cylinder head is a must for any higher HP engine. These heads are the answer to a better flowing, high revving engine. We bring you these performance cylinder heads completely rebuilt using only the best parts.
Head machining features:
Cleaned to remove all grease and dirt
New guides pressed in and reamed
Valve seats cut
Deck is cut
Fully assembled
Stage 1 12V VR6 head features:
Ferrea +1MM exhaust valves
Ferrea +1MM intake valves
Ferrea valve keepers
Ferrea valve spring/retainer kit
New OE guides
Each head is thoroughly inspected before and after machining and assembly.
These are packaged in double wall boxes with expanding foam, for added protection during shipping!
With the age of the 12V VR6 engines, minor amounts of pitting can be seen on deck surface as well as on the coolant nipple and flange area. These are all checked very carefully, and removed when necessary.
