Privacy Policy
Q: Information Collection
Eurotek Tuning is the sole owner of the information collected on https://www.etektuning.com. Eurotek Tuning collects information from our users at several different points on our website. We use this information to improve the customer experience. We request information from the user on our order form. A user must provide contact information (such as name, email and shipping address) and possibly financial information (such as credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for credit card authorization and to fill a customer's order. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user.
Q: Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user. We use persistent cookies. A persistent cookie is a small text file stored on the user's hard drive for an extended period of time. Persistent cookies can be removed by following Internet browser help file directions. Cookies are used by the Eurotek Tuning order section in order to uniquely identify users and associate user files with orders. Our site can be used with cookies turned off.
Log Files
Like most standard website servers, we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and a number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track users' movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. This data is not linked to personally identifiable information.
Q: Communications from the Site
Special Offers and Updates:
Established members will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users, we present the option to not receive these types of communications. If you do not wish to receive future emails, send an email to admin@etektuning.com
Customer Service
We communicate with users on a regular basis to provide requested services. Both our production and customer service staff use email and phone information to communicate with customers about issues pertaining to their orders.
Legal Disclaimer
Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order, or legal process served on our website.
Third Party Intermediaries
We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
Business Transitions
If Eurotek Tuning should go through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of a portion of its assets, users' personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred. If as a result of the business transition, the users' personally identifiable information is to be used in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection they will be given choice consistent with our notification of changes section.
Choice/Opt-out
Our users are given the opportunity to "opt-out" of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for information. Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications may opt-out of receiving these communications by replying to unsubscribe in the subject line in the email or email us at admin@etektuning.com

Our sites may contain links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this website.
Q: Supplementation of Information
Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement on the homepage and other places we deem appropriate so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances if any, we disclose it. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
If, however, we are going to use users' personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify users via email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner.
If customers have opted out of all communication with the site, or deleted/deactivated their account, then they will not be contacted, nor will their personal information be used in this new manner. In addition, if we make any material changes in our privacy practices that do not affect user information already stored in our database, we will post a prominent notice on our website notifying users of the change.
Shipping & Returns
Q: Consent
By purchasing the selected items you accept all liability for any failures due to the Modifications performed. Factory parts of highperformance parts Eurotek Tuning is not responsible for any failures resulting in your vehicle.
Q: Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Returned Items are subject to a 25% restocking fee
Q: Special Order Cancellations Policy
All specially ordered items will be subject to a cancellation fee of 6%. While we strive in making our customers happy and understand that things in life sometimes become more important than cool performance parts for your car, credit card processing companies don't care about this and therefore charge us a fee for all transactions in and out. We just can't keep paying these fees with our amazingly low prices. Please be prepared when ordering an item, that you will not be cancel it, othwewise we will have no choice but deduct this fee in the refund.
Q: Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Q: How long does it take to get my order shipped?
In most cases we can get your order shipped within 24 - 48 hours.
Q: Do you have a service and install facility?
We most certainly do. Our Service and Install facility is located in Las Vegas, NV.
Q: Can you ship USPS internationally?
Not anymore. Too many poor service experiences with USPS have prevented us from continuing to provide our customers with exceptional service. For this reason we will no longer ship USPS.
Q: Does your international shipping costs include duties and customs charges?
No, it's impossible to have a calculator for every single country and province around the globe. That will always be the responsibility of the buyer.
Q: Can you ship to APO AP addresses?
Because we have discontinued shipping with USPS, we do not currently offer APO AP shipments.
Q: How do you ship with the "free shipping" option?
In most cases, the free shipping option is shipped via UPS, FedEx ground service. Some packages will go out USPS priority (only in the lower 48 states).
Q: Do you offer will-call or pickup of special ordered products?
Yes. Being located in Las Vegas, many visitors vacationing here want to pick up their orders and take them home rather than ship them, including international vacationers. We welcome and will accommodate your needs. There are however products we do not stock and for this reason, we highly recommend an order be placed WELL ahead of time to ensure your order is here and complete when you arrive.
Q: Is your website safe and secure?
Absolutely. Your safety and security in online shopping is our highest priority. We use the most advanced encryption technology available and have constant monitoring of our website for any malicious attempts by certified 3rd party companies. Our website is PCI compliant with 99.99% accuracy.
Q: My car is still under warranty. Will this void it?
Under the Magnuson-Moss act Warranty act, it is illegal for companies to VOID your warranty or deny coverage under the warranty simply because use of an aftermarket part or product.
Q: Can I pay with an International credit card?
We have 2 payment options upon checkout, Credit Card Payments, and Paypal. Credit card payments will only accept U.S. Orders with U.S. Bank-issued credit cards. It will not approve a transaction processed outside the U.S, International bank-issued, or being shipped outside the U.S. The only way to pay using an international credit card, shipping outside the U.S, or ordering from a location outside the U.S will be by using the 2nd checkout option by clicking on the Paypal option. This option may also be used with U.S orders.
Q: Does the images directly represent the products I will receive?
While we try our best to provide the most accurate images of the product ordered, sometimes the supplier or manufacturer limits us with quality accurate images and may make changes to the product without advising their dealers. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that the images are a direct representation of the product order. Eurotek Tuning LLC & Etektuning LLC cannot be responsible for errors in pricing or image representation on this website.
